Communicating with Compassion Seminar
Do you ever wonder what to say to people who are suffering? Laughter and listening are known to be important in healing. But how exactly can you lift the spirit of someone who is ill, injured, or in distress? What can you say that will truly bring them comfort? In the Communicating with Compassion Seminar, Karen and Simon Fox create a unique blend of instruction and inspiration, as they show the essential ingredients of how to communicate with compassion. The skills Karen and Simon demonstrate are at the core of everyone’s ability to create rapport with those they serve. You will learn what works, and what doesn’t work, to ease the pain and help people feel supported. These skills are the essence of good customer relations.

In Communicating with Compassion learn the skills that enable you to:

    • Approach emotional situations with confidence.

    • Communicate in the ways that are most appreciated.

    • Avoid the pitfalls of inappropriate communication.

    • Create a healing rapport with the people you serve.
