1998, Wine Country Catering has created outstanding
events across the greater Tri-County Area. We take pride
in serving food and drink in spectacular sites. Wherever
Event Catering works - historic mansion, museum gallery,
private home or corporate headquarters - we set a goal
of providing events that are among the finest in the
region.
The event we are working on today
is more important than any we have done before. Whether
you are planning a lavish gala or a simple reception,
satisfying your needs and customizing the event to your
specifications are our main objectives. This event will
have your name on it. Our recipe for success is to surpass
your expectations.
How to begin

After our initial contact, you
will receive a customized proposal suggesting food and
beverage ideas. It also will contain costs for other
aspects of the event, including service and equipment
rental. We also will provide price estimates for any
additional items we have discussed, such as flowers,
tenting, lighting, music or valet parking. Our network
of contacts will assure that you will receive the highest
quality for the best price.
When you have reviewed our proposal,
we will discuss your selections and any changes you
wish to make. When you have made your selections, we
will send a contract based on your best estimate of
the number of guests who will attend. This number can
be adjusted up or down until one week before your event,
and final increases in your guest count can be accepted
up to 72 hours (three working days) before your event.
We require a deposit 30 days prior to the event.
Creating the perfect party

Our presentations vary with
our surroundings. In the museum, we tend toward elegance
and simplicity, allowing the food and the galleries
to speak for themselves. Our waitstaff wear tuxedos
with cummerbund and bow tie, unless you request alternative
attire. Our standard table service is white china, silverplated
flatware, stemware and lead crystal. Specialty linens,
china and silver are available.
We take this same style to your
location, whether you're hosting a party at your home,
enjoying a sunlit country afternoon on a New Hope mule
barge, celebrating your wedding at a special location,
or conducting a power lunch charged with weighty matters.
