"Caterer" is not a word that does Wine Country Catering justice. Our team of creative, talented experts make us a veritable one-stop resource uniquely qualified to taylor and deliver once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

If you are planning a special celebration—be it a wedding, from simple or elegant to themed, or an executive or employee retreat, celebration of promotion, anniversary, birthday, bar/bat mitzvah, graduation, or any other corporate or private festivity—and you intend to host 100 or more guests at your celebration we urge you to contact us so that we might discuss with you the myriad possibilities.

Turn your wedding or next event into an unforgettable affair by providing us with a few specifics. Your name and phone number along with your expected event date, number of guests and type of event is all we need to get the ball rolling.

The event we are working on today is more important than any we have done before. Whether you are planning a lavish gala or a simple reception, satisfying your needs and customizing the event to your specifications are our main objectives. This event will have your name on it. After our initial contact, you will receive a customized proposal suggesting food, beverage and themed ideas. It also will contain costs for other aspects of the event, including service and equipment rental. We also will provide price estimates for any additional items we have discussed, such as flowers, tenting, lighting, music or valet parking. Our network of contacts will assure that you will receive the highest quality for the best price.

When you have reviewed our proposal, we will discuss your selections and any changes you wish to make. When you have made your selections, we will send a contract based on your best estimate of the number of guests who will attend. This number can be adjusted up or down until one week before your event, and final increases in your guest count can be accepted up to 72 hours (three working days) before your event. We require an initial non refundable deposit of $500.00 to secure your date and our services prior to your event.


Our presentations vary with our surroundings. From Simple elegance at a private estate to a festive outdoor enviornment, let the food speak for itself. Our waitstaff wear tuxedos with bow tie, unless you request alternative attire. Our standard table service is white china, silverplated flatware, stemware and lead crystal. Specialty linens, china and silver are available.

We take this same style and philosophy to your location, whether you're celebrating your wedding at a special location or hosting a party at your home, enjoying a sunlit country afternoon at one of the counties award winning wineries or at an elegant private estate, or conducting a power lunch charged with weighty matters.
